List of software available for download

The GT-Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Biometrics groups have developed a number of software programs, packages and scripts for use in biotechnology research. We are pleased to make these available to the general public. All of the software we develop is distributed under ICRISAT's Software MTA and/or under the terms of the GNU General Public License. Some packages also include third-party software that is either available under similar non-restrictive licenses, or for which, we have obtained rights for distribution. Any such third-party licenses are included in the respective download site and/or software file.
