ALS-Binary & BinGeno

High quality software for evaluating genomic data have different input file requirements. Preparation of input files involves time-consuming manual intervention, imposing bottlenecks on throughput capacity. The program ALS-Binary, written in C, automates the process of converting the observed Allele size data into 0-1 binary data. This can be used as an input for software, which use binary data for genomic analysis. 

The program BinGeno, written in C, automates the process of converting the binary data into formats specific to TFPGA and Structure software.
