            At ICRISAT, marker polymorphism and genotyping is in progress for following mapping populations.

            In parallel these mapping populations are being phenotyped for traits of interest. Subsequently, genotyping data and phenotyping data will be analyzed for trait mapping and markers linked with gene/QTL will be identified and shared with the community.
