Sankalp Global Summit 2020

The Global South needs to adapt its food production, processing and consumption systems to “close the loop of material and substances” by going circular at scale. This means a focus on appropriate use of arable land for food production; recycling and reuse of by-products in food production, processing and consumption; proactive promotion of regenerative agricultural practices, and more.
Dr Jacqueline d’Arros Hughes, Director General, ICRISAT, will discuss “Building circularity in agriculture and food in India” at the Sankalp Forum 12th Global Summit 2020 on 5 November at 3:00 PM IST.
