Smart Food Master Class conducted for preparations of Pearl Millet
Students of the Institut International des Mètiers de l’Aviation du Tourisme & l’Hotellerie with Dienaba Traore, culinary blogger and CEO of Gabougouni, celebrating a happy ending of the Smart Food Master Class during the International Millet Festival
ICRISAT partnered with the ” Institut International des Métiers de l’Aviation du Tourisme & l’Hotellerie” to provide a Smart Food Master Class to 25 students of this school. A Smart Food tasting and competition was organized for all the festival participants.
