Sealed Bids Invited for Rainwater Harvesting Structure

RWH Scope of Work

The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) invites sealed bids from interested and eligible vendors for the supply of construction materials and provision of skilled and unskilled labourers for the construction of rainwater harvesting structures at various locations in Jhansi and Mirzapur Districts of Uttar Pradesh, through a sealed tender process.

Vendors are requested to submit their F.O.R. ICRISAT site location (Rainwater Harvesting Structure) quotation, with the maximum possible discount normally extended to UN agricultural, non-profit, educational, and research organizations.

Structural photographs (PPT) are attached for reference and better understanding of the scope of work. The requirement spans multiple locations across Jhansi and Mirzapur Districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Interested vendors must submit their sealed bids along with relevant credentials, including:

  • Firm registration certificate
  • GST registration
  • Authorization certificates (if applicable)
  • Details of previous experience

The Tender Form / Bid Document may be obtained from the Purchase Office by submitting an email request. Completed sealed bids must be submitted as per the instructions in the tender form.

Site Inspection & Queries

Interested bidders may inspect the site(s) located in Jhansi and Mirzapur Districts of Uttar Pradesh and/or seek clarifications at the ICRISAT Campus, Patancheru, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., from 16 April 2026 to 24 April 2026.

Commercial Terms

  • Approximate quantities will be specified in the Tender Form.
  • Payment shall be made based on actual measurements/receipts at each site, on a running bills basis.
  • Payment Terms: 30 days after completion of work and receipt of the original tax invoice at ICRISAT, Patancheru, Hyderabad.

Submission Deadline

Vendors are requested to submit competitive pricing against each item listed in the Tender Form.

Sealed quotations must be submitted on or before 24 April 2026 to the following address.

The sealed envelope must be clearly marked:

ICRISAT also reserves the right to place purchase orders for partial quantities based on operational requirements and may split quantities among multiple vendors to expedite the execution of work.
