Sanjay Jaju, IAS (1992 Batch), is the Chief Secretary of the Government of Telangana and holds additional charge of the Industries & Commerce and ITE&C Departments. With over 30 years of experience in public administration, he has served in several senior positions in both the Government of Telangana and the Government of India, including Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, and Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region. A recognized leader in digital governance and public sector innovation, he played a key role in launching the MeeSeva citizen services platform and advancing major governance and infrastructure reforms. He joined the ICRISAT Governing Board as an ex-officio member representing the Government of Telangana on 1 July 2026.
